Your hub for legal, privacy, and fairness at The Lenders Network.
The Lenders Network is a loan comparison site, not a lender. We help homebuyers and homeowners compare offers from multiple independent mortgage lenders across loan types like conventional, FHA, VA, and more. This page brings together all of our legal, privacy, and compliance policies so you can clearly see how our service works and how your information is handled.
- We connect you with participating lenders — we don’t take applications, make credit decisions, or fund loans.
- Multiple lenders can compete for your business through our comparison tools and marketing programs.
- Your privacy, contact preferences, and accessibility needs are central to how we design our services.
- We provide clear disclosures about our role, how we’re compensated, and the limits of the information we provide.
Use this page as the parent index for all of our legal and policy documents. If anything here conflicts with an individual policy, the text of that policy controls.
How our service works
Our role, partner network & non‑lender status
The Lenders Network operates a home loan comparison platform. We are not a mortgage lender or broker. These pages explain our independent role, how we work with lenders that participate in our network, and (where relevant) how our VA‑focused experiences are structured.
- How lenders and other partners participate in The Lenders Network, how we’re compensated for referrals or marketing, and why being a comparison site (and not a lender) allows multiple lenders to compete for your business.
- For VA‑eligible borrowers, we also offer a VA‑focused comparison experience. This policy explains how that experience works and how it fits within The Lenders Network’s broader home loan marketplace.
- Clarifies that our VA‑branded experiences and related domains are also comparison and marketing services — they do not originate or fund loans and do not change our non‑lender status.
- Sets out key limitations of our services: we don’t provide legal, tax, or financial advice; we don’t guarantee loan approval; and all credit decisions are made by independent lenders.
If there’s a conflict between this summary and an individual policy in this section, the specific policy (and the Terms of Use) will control.

Information only — not legal, tax, or loan approval
This Legal & Compliance Center is meant to summarize and organize our policies in a user‑friendly way. It does not replace the full text of any policy, and it isn’t legal, tax, or financial advice.
The Lenders Network does not act as your attorney, tax advisor, or mortgage lender. Any loan you obtain is made by an independent lender you choose to work with. Before making decisions about a specific loan or legal matter, review the lender’s own disclosures and consider consulting your own qualified professional advisors.
