Terms for using The Lenders Network.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and The Lenders Network. By accessing or using our websites, tools, content, or services (together, the “Services”), you:

• Confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms; and

Any loan you obtain is made by an independent lender you choose, on terms you negotiate with that lender. The Lenders Network is not a party to your loan documents.

4. Your responsibilities when using the Services

When you use The Lenders Network, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information where required (for example, in forms or inquiries).
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
• Evaluate any loan offers independently and carefully review all lender disclosures before making decisions.
• Maintain the security of any information you use to communicate with us (such as email accounts or devices).

You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information obtained through the Services, including decisions to apply for or accept a loan from any lender.

5. Relationships with lenders and other partners

The Lenders Network maintains commercial relationships with independent lenders, brokers, and other partners. These partners may:

• Appear in comparison tools, listings, or educational content.
• Receive your information when you request contact or indicate interest in their products.
• Compensate us for marketing, traffic, or leads.

We do not guarantee that:

• Our partners represent every available option in the market; or
• The lenders you see are the best or only ones suitable for your situation.

Inclusion or prominence of a lender or offer in our Services is not a personal recommendation or an endorsement. You are free to obtain quotes from lenders outside our network at any time.

6. No financial, legal, or tax advice

The information we provide is for general educational and marketing purposes. It is not:

• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services in bulk, except as allowed by law and our robots.txt.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any user we reasonably believe is violating these restrictions or otherwise misusing the platform.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Lenders Network and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or

arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent we are found liable for any claim connected to the Services despite these limitations, our total liability will be limited to the amount, if any, you paid directly to us for the use of the Services during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
